Bob Jacobs is CEO and Co-Founder of Predictably Human. Prior to founding Predictably Human, he was the CEO at Inventure Imaging and held leadership roles at IBM and Siemens. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State University and is currently living in Connecticut.

Bob Geiman is Co-Founder and Chairman of Predictably Human. Prior to founding Predictably Human, he has been involved in multiple ventures including as CEO and Founder at Confirm, which was acquired by Facebook. He is also a Managing Partner at Cava Capital and was a General Partner at Polaris Venture Partners. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is currently living in Massachusetts.

Carl Marci is Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Predictably Human. Prior to founding Predictably Human, he has been involved in multiple healthcare start-ups. Carl is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a staff psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, a master’s degree from the University of Oxford and a medical degree from Harvard University Medical School. Carl is currently living in Massachusetts.

James Davis is a Joint Development Partner of Predictably Human. He is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at Duke University and the Medical Director of the Duke Center for Smoking Cessation. James holds a bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina and a medical degree from Southern Illinois University. He is currently living in North Carolina.

Gene Shkolnikov is CTO and Head of Product Platform at Predictably Human. Prior to joining Predictably Human, he was SVP, and Head of Product for TMRW Life Sciences and held executive positions at Johnson and Johnson and KEYNetik which he co-founded. Gene holds a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and is currently living in Pennsylvania.
